Refund Policy for Morriss & Co.

1. Returns

Because many of our items are made to order, we accept returns only if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Karleymorriss@yahoo.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A photo (if applicable)

2. Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will:

  • Replace the item or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Items damaged through normal wear and tear
